Palleting 1 liter of milk

Another palletizing robot cell will soon be handed over.

With a unique, robust robotic gripper we can move the product, the EUR pallet and the intermediate pallet. We had to design the given robot cell together with an automatic film wrapper in a very narrow space. That's why we decided to move the robot's gripper and to design a separate container for the pallet and the EUR pallet. The industrial robot pulls the intermediate plate with a vacuum gripper from the container, the EUR pallet with a 4-pin sliding gripper.

Within the framework of the project, we invested in one of the best automatic wrapping machines, which guarantees stable operation of the robot cell. We chose a 185kg Fanuc robot, which is a 4-axle pallet robot.
